Description

Inspired by work boots developed for mine and industrial workers in the early 1900s later adopted by the Military and the Navy as service boots in world war I & II. Toe Cap boots have stood the test of time both in terms of durability and functionality.

Toe Cap boots being popular choice among work and military were also quickly adopted by Logger and timber merchants. They added a few inches of height and customised the boots to their requirements.

These Heritage Goodyear welted work Boots with 8" of height, Classic Toe Cap panel stitching, hand stitched Commando Rubber outsoles, perfect for a rugged loving gentleman.

A pair of boots which would last you for years to come. Crafted out of full grain thick buffalo leather, hand stitched Goodyear welting. A boot sturdy enough to beat any terrain.

Lightweight work boots that you can wear all day long, all weather boots great for summers or winters.

Total height of the boots from Ground till top (including outsole & heels) is approx. around 8 inches

Materials

  • 5 0z (2mm) thick waxed buffalo leather upper.
  • 3 0z (1.4mm) thick leather lining.
  • 10 Oz (4mm) thick full vegetable tanned insole.
  • 7 Oz (3mm) thick full vegetable tanned handmade leather welt.
  • Steel Shank for durability and strength.
  • 100% natural Cork footbed for extra comfort.
  • 100% rubber Commando outsole for extra traction.
  • EVA Latex foam layered with Genuine Leather insole.
  • Waxed Nylon dual tone round laces.

 


- Boots that are 7" height or above are custom orders and are not eligible for an exchange or return including this very boot.

Wow very nice boots true to size well worth the wait I am from the USA and no problems with shipping and very well packed and delivery was great very little break in time just read everything before ordering will order again thank you Craft&glory

Out of the box and go

Straight out of the box the moment the mail person handed them over. I spent a good 10 minutes looking and the workmanship and high standards of work. Laced them up put them on my feet. Went for a 6km walk. In the snow, the sole worked well in the snow. Boot never let water in but you could see the difference in leather colour due to the wet conditions. My feet were fine. I worn the six or seven times since. No blisters or rubbing. Overall excellent boots. Great valve for the money. But if you live in the UK be prepared for import duties of £100 or more

Good quality boots

The quality of the product is very good but the new leather is pain in ass. Hope in long run these get comfortable. The leather quality is great but the rivits/ the metal attached to the boots rubs with skin and leaves painful marks after wearing good quality socks too. Need to address this issue.

My boots got here on time. My boot size is about half of my regular shoe size and these boots fit like all of my other boots. They look good and feel great. Will not get a better boot for that value👍
