REFUNDS

These products are made to order and shipped internationally.
Refunds are not offered, as returning products to the country of origin is not feasible for international orders.


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Size exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale/discounted items: Eligible for store credit only (valid for 12 months).
  • Only one size exchange is permitted per order, and the replacement must be for the same product in the same make-up (e.g., leather, sole, style).

  • For eligible cases, the original item does not need to be returned. A $65 USD reshipping fee applies for the replacement.

  • This fee is waived in the case of defective products, but a clear unboxing video must be provided as proof.


 

GENERAL TERMS

Order Processing

  • All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances, as all products are made to order.

  • Customers may request a size change within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If you are unsure of your sizing, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and opt for the option to share a foot tracing - we will do our best to help size you correctly
  • Size change requests made after 24 hours and before dispatch will incur a 15% restocking fee, as the product will already be in production.

  • We are a true-to-size brand. Please do not size down from your Brannock Device measurement. If unsure, contact Customer Support before placing your order.

  • Custom orders require written confirmation and may incur additional charges.

Production Time

  • Standard processing time: 22–25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Peak season processing: May extend up to 30 business days (e.g., during sales or festivals).

  • Important: All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of our products. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact support before ordering.


 

LEATHER CHARACTERISTICS

Leather is a natural and organic material. At Craft & Glory, we use full-grain, uncorrected water buffalo leather to preserve the natural beauty and integrity of each hide.

As a result, you may observe:

  • Variations from hide to hide

  • Follicle marks

  • Minor scars or scratches the animal may have incurred during its life

  • Grain and texture differences

These features are normal and desirable characteristics of genuine full-grain leather. They do not affect the product’s structure, durability, or performance, and are not considered defects.
