REFUND
These products are made to order and shipped internationally. Refunds are not offered, as returning products to the country of origin is not feasible for international orders.
- No returns, cancellations, customisations or refunds on orders placed during Flash Sale.
- Customers can only opt for size exchange or store credits during Sale Event.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Size exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are permitted only for size-related issues.
- Sale/discounted items: Eligible for store credit only (valid for 12 months).

Only one size exchange is permitted per order, and the replacement must be for the same product in the same make-up (e.g., leather, sole, style).

For eligible cases, the original item does not need to be returned. A $65 USD reshipping fee applies for the replacement.

This fee is waived for defective products, but a clear unboxing video must be provided as proof.
- For any exchanges or replacements due to a damaged product, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof at the time of opening the package. The video should be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the outer packaging, shipping label, and the product in its original condition. This video must be shared with us for any claims related to damage, defects, missing items, replacements, or exchanges. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Customers may request a size change within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you are unsure of your sizing, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team and opt for the option to share a foot tracing - we will do our best to help size you correctly.

Size change requests made after 24 hours and before dispatch will incur a 15% restocking fee, as the product will already be in production.

We are a true-to-size brand. Please do not size down from your Brannock Device measurement. If unsure, contact Customer Support before placing your order.

Leather is a natural and organic material. At Craft & Glory, we use full-grain, uncorrected water buffalo leather to preserve the natural beauty and integrity of each hide.
