Oslo Penny 2.0 Loafers (Saddle Tan) Goodyear Welted

Received my order after almost 40 days & repeated enquiries to which there was NO RESPONSE!
Appreciate if your company could a little proactive to a customers calls/messages/mails about the status of an order. This is the least you can do for a customer.
However, I'm satisfied with your product even though my interaction with your customer service/ company representative/ conversation with your expert was not to my satisfaction. Please look into this aspect of customer service however trivial it maybe to you.

The Oslo Penny Loafer (Saddle Tan) was my first Craft and Glory purchase, and I received it on February 15, 2025. It took almost a month for them to deliver, but as with most good things, it was absolutely worth the wait. I am writing this review after almost 9 months of near-regular usage. This pair quickly became a staple in my rotation. The leather quality is fantastic and rich. I did manage to get it wet a few times (albeit not completely drenched, which is not advised), but it dried up (kept it indoors) fine. The Goodyear welt construction feels solid and should hold up for years. Fit-wise, they were a bit snug at first, but after a few everyday wears, the leather moulded nicely to my feet. Once broken in, they are comfortable enough for all-day wear at the office or if you are out on an evening stroll. Additionally, the garment bag they provided is nice if you are travelling with the loafer. Overall, this pair is a timeless, well-crafted loafer that strikes a great balance between style and comfort. After this initial purchase, I bought two more pairs from Craft and Glory -- the Marshal Shoes (Vintage Brown) Goodyear Welted and Aspen Boots 6" (Raven Black) Goodyear Welted -- both equally of good quality.

Penny loafers remain a sartorial classic—versatile enough to elevate jeans, yet refined enough for tailored trousers. Their vintage charm meets modern ease, making them a must-have in any style-conscious wardrobe.

The shoes are made well and of good quality materials. But, what steals the shine from it an ill-designed ankle part which keeps rubbing the ankle bone and causes pain. I hope an insole would solve the problem for me.

Lovely shoes.. but very disappointed with customer care …very rude and arrogant with rhetoric answers..they are more willing to have an argument instead of checking the production status…when asked to check the status … will take 16-18 days we don’t take urgent orders..where as the same were dispatched after two days. Amazing shoes but worst customer care..
