Old Skool Retro Leather Sneakers (Vintage Brown With Black Sole)

A well made pair that is light, comfortable and has timeless appeal.

I have been waiting for long and shoe is yet to be delivered. There is not much one can do. There is no direct contact to customer care. One has to call at some number. The company, if they choose to do so, will then call. I doubt whether it will be delivered. Thankfully I made only part payment. I hope they refund my money.

Drawbacks :
1. The mid sole is very hard and if you are one of those who like ortho soles, you will be disappointed ( not at all bouncy as claimed in the description ). I own their moc toes which are way more comfortable than these shoes.
2. The edges of the tongue are sharp and you will feel it while walking
2. The company needs to improve their shipping timing. Although the products are good, the shipping experience is one of the worst out there and slow. Altogether its very unprofessional.
Good things :
1. Shoe itself is very sturdy and will protect your toes.
2. The colour combination as well as design in brown and black is an eye catcher.
3. The outsole quality is topnotch.

Scope of Improvement :
Definately more cushion needed for the footbed and the shipping speed.

You can pay for the shoes and wait for the shoes for 7 weeks and just hope they will deliver , but assure they will not and just give false promises ,

The product imagery is positioning it as a high quality product but the gaps are many in it being so. 1. Finishing is poor and indicates either poor workmanship or low quality control. 2. The flap under the lasses pinches at where it’s stiching is, perhaps because the turning of the edges of two materials is uneven but wrinkles have been stitched along.
On your WhatsApp I already wrote that your backend on order tracking, delivery and customer communication is out of sync - I few days after delivery I got a message that your craftsmen are custom making my shoes when I can bet that the pair delivered to me were off a shelf. Your marketing communication - I can see through the hype!
Anyways, whilst I have many such observations that may appear not too big by themselves, they collide to form my assessment of 3 on 5.
