Chicago Chelsea Boots 6" (Vintage Brown) Goodyear Welted

Grew up in Chicago. This boot of what Chicago used to be. Hardworking and able to last.
Alas the veg tan insole purchased with the boot is what Chicago is now. Flimsy and just doesn’t fit well.

I’ve never owned a proper pair of boots before, so I didn’t know what to expect — but the Craft & Glory Chicago Chelsea Boots completely exceeded every expectation. I went with the Vintage Brown color, and it’s absolutely beautiful — photos honestly don’t do it justice. The fit was surprisingly comfortable right out of the box. I was expecting a tough break-in period, but the inner lining and cushioning made the transition super easy.

What impressed me most is how sturdy they feel without being heavy or clunky. I wore them all day during a city outing, and not only did I get compliments, but my feet weren’t sore at all. The grip is solid too, even on slick pavement.

As a first-time boot buyer, I can confidently say: these boots have set the bar high. I’m already looking at a second pair in black.
