Great looking belt that will last long

I bought 2 belts. For the 2nd one, I requested for extra holes to be made after I experienced difficulty in the 1st belt but your customer service team refused and did not accede to my request. I do not see any issue in accepting my request. I think you need to focus more on customer requests.
